Bobbi Brown Cosmetics
For years, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics had established itself as a leader in the beauty category, with a rich, vibrant presence in the real world. The problem was that their current website felt coldly transactional and didn't reflect any of Bobbi's personality or express her unique viewpoint on beauty. After taking a long look at the category, we realized a brand that armed women with useful information would stand out in a category littered with companies that were largely focused on surface beauty. This realization led us to create a website with a much stronger editorial influence that emphasized personal artistry. In addition to re-architecting their online shopping process, we also loaded the site with articles, videos, and interactive how-to's. This created multiple ways to deepen the customers connection to the brand while creating an online experience that better serves their mission of empowering women to believe in their individual beauty.
